Image Title: M33 - Triangulum Galaxy

Image Description and Details : About 3 million light years away from us is M33 (or NGC 598).
It is a spiral galaxy that takes its name from the constellation that contains it.
The Triangle Galaxy is also the second closest Galaxy to us after the Andromeda Galaxy.
Inside, Herschel has cataloged an HII region (NGC 604), one of the largest known regions containing ionized hydrogen, in fact it has a diameter of almost 1,500 light years and is therefore about 40 times larger than the visible part of the Orion Nebula.
