SH2-263 and VDB 38 - the Raspberry Nebula

Voici une de nos dernière image réalisée en Espagne avec la lunette de 155mm.

il s'agit de SH2-263, alias la nébuleuse de la Framboise, qui est une nébuleuse en émission située dans la Constellation d'Orion juste à côté de l'étoile brillante Bellatrix.
l'image comporte pas mal d'IFN mais également VDB38, qui est la nébuleuse en réflexion bleue au centre de l'image.
Enfin l'étoile centrale est HD 34989.

ce superbe objet se situe dans la partie supérieure de la constellation d'Orion.

comme il s'agit d'une nébuleuse de 2 sortes, émission ET réflexion, nous avons décidé collégialement de la shooter avec TOUS nos filtres et de voir ce qu'il en ressortait pour chacun !
notre image est donc une image LRVBSHO !
le signal est très fort sur tous les filtres, en particulier en L, S et H, et un peu moins en O. la Luminance se compose donc de LSH.

Here is one of our latest images taken in Spain with the 155mm telescope.

This is SH2-263, aka the Raspberry Nebula, which is an emission nebula located in the Orion Constellation right next to the bright star Bellatrix.
the image includes quite a few IFNs but also VDB38, which is the blue reflection nebula in the center of the image.
Finally the central star is HD 34989.

This superb object is located in the upper part of the constellation Orion.

as it is a nebula of 2 kinds, emission AND reflection, we decided collectively to shoot it with ALL our filters and see what came out for each!
our image is therefore an LRVBSHO image!
the signal is very strong on all filters, particularly in L, S and H, and a little less in O. the Luminance therefore consists of LSH.
