LBN 420 (Lynds Bright Nebula 420), popular in astrophotography as the Galileo Finger (or Galileo's Finger), is an intricate interstellar structure located in the constellation Lacerta.

It is predominantly a dark molecular cloud and reflection/dust cloud extension associated with the larger Great Lacerta Nebula complex (Sh 2-126). It is embedded with background hydrogen-alpha gas emission H\alpha that gives parts of the surrounding region a reddish glow.
