Image Description and Details: The image of Sh2-284 was taken over multiple nights with my portable astrophotography setup. The exact exposure times of each narrowband filter are the following:

Hα - 85×300″
SII - 85×300″
OIII - 85×300″
Total 21h 15′

Out of these I have come up with a final image in SHO of Sh2-284 in the constellation Monoceros. This remarkable celestial object, situated around 15,000 light-years away, spans an impressive diameter of about 150 light-years. Sh2-284 is an active star-forming region illuminated by young, hot stars energizing the surrounding hydrogen gas, causing it to glow vividly. Deep exposures reveal stunning structures and intricate details within the delicate gas and dust clouds, sculpted by powerful stellar winds.
