Description and Details: This project aimed to present the Veil in a wider context—capturing not just the ionized filaments of gas, but also the surrounding interstellar medium and the less conspicuous dust structures that permeate the region.

Over 29 hours of exposure were collected using Ha/OIII narrowband filter to isolate emission features, alongside unfiltered broadband (RGB) data specifically targeted to reveal the interstellar dust. The images were processed and blended in Photoshop, with particular attention given to preserving both the filamentary detail of the nebula and the faint, dusty structures that are typically overwhelmed by foreground stars and hydrogen alpha emission clouds.

The final composition reveals the complexity of the Cygnus Loop's environment, highlighting how the nebula interacts with the wider interstellar medium in regions densely packed with stars.
