Description and Details: This is an image of the famous Cat’s Eye Nebula, NGC 6543.
For the capture, I used a standard long-exposure deep-sky acquisition workflow: HOO mapping for the nebula itself, and LRGB for the stars and background galaxies.
For the nebula’s core, I added shorter 1-second exposures to boost spatial resolution. While I didn’t fully apply a lucky imaging approach—which I don’t yet master—these shorter subs still improved the resolution compared to the classic method. The result is a more balanced image with consistent detail across the entire frame.

for this image there is: ha : 18 h OIII : 12 H Lum : 2h RVB : 1 h each lum lucky imaging : 5400 x 1s
