Orion Nebula

Capturing the Magnificence of Orion Widefield

Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to capture the celestial beauty of Orion Widefield from Jeolikot, Nainital, Uttrakhand, India. Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, Jeolikot offers some of the clearest skies, making it the perfect spot for astrophotograpy.

Recently, I had the chance to revisit my work with new data collected under even clearer conditions in Sravasthi(India - Nepal border). The latest shot enhances the previous image with improved clarity, capturing additional stars and details that were missing before. I combined these new shots to reveal more of Orion’s breathtaking expanse, include as well as the iconic Orion Nebula.
