The Crystal Ball Nebula aka. NGC1514

Description and Details: NGC 1514, known as the Crystal Ball Nebula, is a planetary nebula in Taurus about 1,500 light-years away. It spans roughly 1 light-year with a visual magnitude of 10.9, making it observable in mid-sized telescopes under dark skies. The nebula glows strongly in O-III (oxygen).
