Description and Details: Between September 25 and October 30, 2025, we were fortunate to capture no fewer than 13 images of comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon). This series of images illustrates the evolution of its tail over these past weeks. During this period, the coma became brighter and the tail more structured, revealing jets and filaments of dust and ionized material under the influence of the solar wind.

For us, this may be the last “sequence” we will capture of this comet, as Lemmon will not return for a very long time: its orbital period is estimated to be around 1,150 years.

Thus, these images are not only a visual record: they are a precious memory, echoing a cosmic visitor that our descendants are unlikely to witness again.
