Description and Details: This image captures a dynamic coronal mass ejection (CME) erupting from the eastern limb of the Sun on the morning of June 6, 2025, at approximately 05:45 UTC. The event was observed in H-alpha using a solar telescope from my home observatory in Italy. The intricate structure of the CME, with its looping magnetic arc and trailing plasma, is clearly visible above the solar chromosphere.

Analysis of SDO and SOHO data confirmed the occurrence of a CME at the same time, consistent with the visual structure recorded in this frame. Preliminary estimates based on angular measurements and projection geometry suggest a plasma volume corresponding to a mass of several billion tons, placing the event in the medium-to-large category for Earth-directed CME events.
